Description:
The quiet one, the little one, the black-haired Alexston girl. She lacked the flamboyance of her older sisters, name easily forgotten, and until recently her face too. Always the lanky girl, the rest of her had finally caught up with her height, the boyish angles beginning to melt into curves. She'd escaped the mahogany locks of her mother, inheriting instead the sleeker black of her father along with his green eyes. With her skin a subtle shade darker than the usual porcelain of a highborn lady and a reserve that fell between shy and haughty, the youngest Alexston girl blended woodsy into regal.


Character Background:
She and her twin Julian were the last born children of Samuel and Mereavus Alexston, and while the others tended to fall into Mother's care, the twins were Father's. Hunting, tracking, riding.. Naiia learned it all for Julian was her other half and they would not be parted. As children, their companionship was constant, the pair communicating in their own language that not even their siblings or parents had learned to decipher.

But there was one area in which the pair diverged early, Julian lacking Naiia's fascination for the mews, so it was that she learned the skills of an austringer without her brother. Perhaps not the most womenly of occupations, her parents allowed the girl to learn the breeding and training of hunting birds for it seemed a her natural skill.

Such simple times came to an end though, her siblings one by one leaving Aingarth until even Julian departed her, gone to Academy to pursue his intellectual goals. Though three of her elder brothers remained, with the death of her parents, the loneliness of Aingarth weighed on the youngest Alexston such that William's summons to Valys was not entirely unwelcome if rather frightening.
