Garnett hobbled out of her room, a quick glance showing her no servants nearby. Crouching, she slid a folded slip of paper under the door to Synaria's room before retreating once more to her own thoughts, glad to have seen no one.
Dearest Sister,
You have my most sincere apologies for troubling you so the other day. I didn't realize the strange dreams from my illness would distress you as much as they did. They were odd things, and I felt the need to get them off my chest, but now it seems they are fading into nothing. Thank you for listening to them.
I thank God daily that our dear Queen helped rouse me from that gripping sleep, and I shall dwell no longer on such unpleasant thoughts, but rejoice in my return to health.
With love,
Garnett
