Description: That Von Pith girl. Neglect had made her cold. Tragedy had made her hard. And bloodshed had made her vengeful. Deep mocha eyes held flecks of honey, framed in thick black lashes. Smooth black hair was worn loosely around her shoulders, left to spiral naturally at the ends. Pretty olive skin and thick lush lips completed the mask of innocence mixed with tones of desire. She held an athlete's body, carefully sculpted during her long years of shuffling from relative to distant relative, fending off a variety of unsavory advances. Beneath the layers of silk that swathed her, and in her long locks, were her hidden, slender weapons.
Character Background: Daughter of Alric Von Pith, Granddaughter of Emersyn Von Pith. Her mother died in childbirth and her grandmother passed long before. As a child, Elysia was largely ignored by her father in favor of his duties. She was no boy, therefore had little use. At least that was the apparent reason. In all truth, she reminded him too much of his beloved mother, and it caused him pain to even look at the child. Always the curious child, she often spied upon her father from hidden servants passages. At nine, she witnessed the death of her father by Tyltin's hand. At first, it seemed a blessing. The old man had gotten what he deserved for ignoring her so.
But then she was sent away.
The girl was shuffled amongst distant relatives, dispelled from home after home for violent tendancies toward the advances of the households men. Each move caused a spark of revenge to grow. Each piece of the war and famine she was exposed to iced her core. She learned the art of paralytic poisons, and the silent application of pins. (Which was the main cause of her expulsion from the estates.)
At eighteen, she finally caught wind of the reclaiming of Valys and she packed her things. Needing a foothold in the castle, she aimed her sights first for General William Alexston. If she could swoon him, she could stay and exact her revenge on the one who had inadvertantly made her life hell.
