With the castle matters settling from the chaos of the last few months, the recently appointed castellan had been making more proper introductions for himself. Including to be one of the first, along with Morgance and Aethelwyn, to welcome Slawomir to the castle. [known]
Had a charming dinner with a crowd of Sieghart, Aethelwyn, and Stephen. Awkwardness and bizarreness of the politest sense ensued. [mostly known but not exactly rumor-worthy news]

Had pleasantries with Aethelwyn in the garden, spoke about fish in the fountain for spring and organized checkups for the castle staff throughout the winter. [known, conversation unknown]
Had pleasantries with Morgance in the garden, spoke mostly of her lack of off-time. [known, conversation unknown]
Greeted Jozef on his arrival to the castle along with Jozef's longtime friend, Kerrich, and the unexpected but welcome appearance by Nalani. They retired to the parlour for drinks and conversation. [known]

Greeted and shared drinks with Ealdorman Terrance when they were joined by the King and Arela for introductions. [mostly known]
Was ushered to the castle gates, joined by a hidden Mari, to speak with crazy old Athelyna who warned of blackness and further threats related to the lair of undead. Once Garnett joined the scene, the old woman revealed herself to be none other than Synaria where the Queen Mother ordered her arrest. Iaon remained with the guards who held her in custody until called by Drysllthen where he had Mari and Iaon debrief him on the situation. [mostly known, prompted meeting contents unknown]
Spent some outdoor pleasantries with Morgance as they discussed futures, marriages, and health. [rumored if overheard]

Busied frantically in preparations for the Feast of Ghosts and wasn't particularly sociable because of his focus... or lack thereof. [known]
Spent the feast itself in the courtyard losing himself in a charming conversation with a ghostly mason over what would happen if one dug a well too deep. ie: Fall into the sky, enter the underworld, plunge a vast ocean, etc. The theories only became more absurd the more alcohol was consumed.
