Recent events (incomplete synposis)

• Synaria told Garnett of her intention to visit Nyrthlond and that she considered Ulrika a friend. Because of her prejudices toward Nyrthlonders, Garnett was horrified and begged her to go elsewhere. It seems this may have put the final crack in an already strained relationship as Garnett saw many things about Synaria during the crisis with Ilgnuit that made her question. (Unknown for the most part)
  
  
• She and Uhtred were attacked in their quarters by a servant after the funeral. Uhtred slew the servant in self-defense, leaving their room covered in blood. (Known version of events)
  
  
• Uhtred departed for a time, and Garnett rarely moved from her room or bed after the above event. (known)
  
  
• While Uhtred was away, she began showing signs of pregnancy. She attempted to hide the pregnancy (not very well) under the guise of stress and delicacy toward heat until she told him and because she feared knowing would make something terrible happen.
  
  
• After a visit with the Advisor and her dogs, and a subsequent conversation with the woman, Garnett spent less time hiding away although she remained fairly quiet. (Events known, conversation contents not)
  
  
• Garnett became involved in the dispute between Mereavus and Leon over his behavior toward Verity. While she could give no direct judgement, she did say she would speak to Uhtred regarding it. (known)
  
  
• Garnett told Uhtred about the pregnancy, she's also taking less pains to hide the fact now as she is very large for three months pregnant. (Thus pregnancy is known.)
